This motor will come assembled with all the parts listed above . It will be oil primed and the valves adjusted.
If you want the motor turn key with MSD ignition system, spark plugs, 8.8mm wires , Blaster coil and water pump with pulleys there will be an additional charge.
The engine can be dyno tested for an additional charge as well
